Lake Victoria Lodge has the facilities to make your stay a real outback holiday. You'll think its too good to be true! Go bird watching, bushwalking, fishing, yabbying or take the fully equipped BBQ / Party boat and explore the creeks and waterways of the mighty Murray River. With its golden sandbars, majestic red gums and striking cliffs, relaxing on the Murray has never been easier!

Lake Victoria Lodge caters for everyone by having recreational facilities to keep all ages entertained.

Accommodation is available for groups up to 12 Guests and consists of a four bedrooms plus a sleep-out in the homestead and a three bedroom cottage.

Your stay will be a real outback holiday with activities and accommodation to cater for the whole family.

All this in a wonderful remote outback location on the banks of the mighty murray river, this is a truly relaxing family getaway.

Accommodation - Homestead

Rest easy and enjoy all the features of the historic homestead. Enjoying all the comforts of home.

Relax in the large and comfortable lounge / dining area with a large satellite TV, well stocked library, TV, DVD, VCR, stereo player and wood heater.

The main bedroom has a queen size 4 poster bed, wardrobe, dressing table and French doors opening out onto a shady verandah.

The second bedroom has a queen sizebed, a single bed, wardrobe, dressing table and French Doors.

The third bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobe, dressing table and French doors that open onto an enclosed sunroom.

The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobe and French doors.

The kitchen is well appointed with a gas stove, fridge / freezer and a microwave.

There is 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets a bath and a shower.

Other features include; air conditioning, outdoor area with a gas bbq, campfire pit, yabby cooker, extensive paved verandahs, cellar, an enclosed sunroom and flywired verandah, extensive lawned areas, large shady trees and 4 acres of beautiful gardens adjacent to the murray river.

Accommodation - Cottage

The cottage has a large comfortable lounge / dining room with satellite TV, DVD player and a Potbelly heater.

The kitchen is well appointed with a gas stove, refrigerator and a microwave oven.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed.

Bedroom 2 & 3 has three single beds.

The adjoining ablution block has a toilet, shower room, bathroom and laundry with an automatic washing machine and dryer.

* Tariff and Specifications are subject to change without notice & all inclusive rates are based on minimum stay of seven nights for a group of twelve people. Included in the rates is the full use of all watercraft, house and grounds with the first tank of 20 litres of fuel free for the bbq party boat.

Hire Conditions

Security Bond: $500.00 within 7 days to confirm booking
Final Payment: Payment in full is required 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Security Bond: This amount is fully refundable within two weeks of departure (less fuel costs) providing the lodge is left in good order and condition.
Cancellation: $100 cancellation fee applies. Once the booking is confirmed, then the balance of payment will be refunded after the hire period is fully re-booked. No money will be refunded if the hire period is not re-booked.

No Pets, Firearms, Weapons, Speedboats, Jetskis or Motorbikes permitted.
Lake Victoria Lodge is a smoke-free environment inside. Smoking is permitted on verandahs.
Payment by cash cheque or credit card accepted
Damages and losses will be charged at repair or replacement cost.
The lodge must be left in a clean and tidy condition or extra cleaning will be charged.
Hire commences at 4:00 pm on the first day and must be vacated by 9:00am on the last day unless alternative time is arranged.
The owner/management reserves the right to refuse any person / persons the use of the property.
